Yasia Williams Leedham, Carly O’Hara and Ellie Brown running coach brings wealth of experience to this Circuit Training/Weight Training session.

This class of a maximum of 10 would suit all levels of fitness however be prepared to sweat, lunge, squat, lift weights, throw medicine balls in this intense 60 minute work out. If you have any health issues or injuries, please chat to us before joining this session.
