Our run clubs are for all levels of runners although we do have different levels. For beginners running courses please see below. Our run clubs are coached running sessions and all our coaches are England Athletics qualified. The coached sessions will focus on key elements which you need to improve as a runner; stamina, speed, flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance.
No joining fee. All run club sessions are £11.00. We have free community sessions every Thursday.

The Greenwich Running Academy holds individual running technique sessions, beginners running groups as well as running workshops on a regular basis in Greenwich Park and Market studios.

Let us help you achieve the goal of running 5K in seven weeks with our friendly & sociable weekly group.
We break the course down into seven week sessions. The first session we look at technique and then each week we build on the goal of running 5K. We take it gently and encourage you to find your own pace. Our female only coaches will be on hand each week to support you and the last week of the course will see you achieve your goal of running run 5k in & around Greenwich Park.

Weekly 5K/6K run. All levels invited and supported. Just turn up.
Meet at the Market Studios, Durnford Street, 18-23 Greenwich Market. Meet in the studio entrance. There are lockers to leave you kit & toilets.
