Meet in the studio entrance. There are lockers to leave you kit and showers. Join us at 8pm for Yoga for Runners afterwards £10 if you have been on the run. Drop in.


 7K  HIIT & RUN

On the last Sunday of every Month – Greenwich Park. Walk/Run & Talk – 3K/6K & 9K.

You can do one lap (3k) two laps or three. Each group will have a walk/run leader so you won’t be alone. This is a community event and everyone is welcome no matter what pace. It is about the support and camaraderie and how getting outside and walking/ running brings people together. Pop along and show your support #mentalhealthawareness. Buggies welcome.

Our run club is not advised for beginners. Our sessions are hourly long coached running sessions  and all our coaches are trained England Athletics coaches. The coached sessions will focus on key elements which you need to improve as a runner; stamina, speed, flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance. Each week we will focus on one or more of these to help improve your technique, strength and speed.


This run club session is for runners who are able to run 5K and would like to progress to running a 10K. A fully supported group, where you will be given support and advise.

HIIT & Run

Taken by coach Yasia this is a a 5K run with a hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) session thrown in every one kilometre. You don’t have to be fast and fit to join this session – just be able to run a 5K . Book Here


These free weekly 6K runs are lead by one of our Greenwich Runners coaches and is for all abilities. Join a group of like minded individuals, get to know your area, meet you new people and enjoy a run. Meet at the 


Our sessions for beginners are held on a Saturday morning as an eight week course.We provide all the coaching, online tips and everything you need to achieve the 5K. The courses are taken by England Athletics coaches. These popular courses are now in their 7th year. Meet at the top of Greenwich Park by the bandstand by the Pavilion Teahouse – Map
