Do you regularly run, jog, cycle or play sports? Yoga is a great accompaniment to these activities, balancing the effect of repetitive actions by lengthening shortened and overused muscles and also strengthening underused muscles.

You do not need to be supple and stretchy to join this class or to have any experience practising yoga.

Yoga for Sport classes are specifically designed with the regular athlete in mind. The aim is to help you to:

  • Develop physical and muscular balance
  • Increase flexibility, strength and stability
  • Prevent chronic injuries
  • Enhance recovery
